How are you different from other agencies?

How do you connect us with remote opportunities?

WorkNComfort partners with the Arise Platform to connect its clients to Fortune 500 companies looking to hire remote customer support agents. Once registered under our call center you will have the ability to choose which opportunity you like best and which schedule works best for you (you can also work with more than 1 company at a time) You will be a 1099 independent contractor, meaning no taxes will be taken out. You will be charged a biweekly fee of $49.99 for being under our call center (the fee goes towards portal access, payroll, tech support) but that is it! So if your biweekly take home is $1500 you will receive $1450 direct deposit.

What is the application process?

Once you apply you will receive an email within 24/48 hours with a link to register onto the Arise Platform with WorkNComfort. Follow the steps to complete registration (it may take 24 hours to be accepted onto the call center please be patient) Once you are registered you will be prompted to complete an assessment. Please make sure you are in a quiet area with little to no distractions when you are completing the assessments and give yourself at least an hour to do so. The assessments will be verbal and multiple choice. The multiple choice will check your knowledge on customer service resolution while the verbal will check your speech clarity. The assessments are not meant to be graded but meant to make sure you are competent enough to work for these companies remotely. Once you pass your assessments you will be given access to the job opportunities that fit best to you, you will also have access to additional opportunities available. Pick an opportunity that looks the best to you and sign up for training (we pay for your training!) The last week of training you will be sent a direct deposit form to complete so you can start getting paid. Once training is complete you will be able to select the hours that work best for you!
